Rumichaca and Tincopalca prepared for small scale pilot production

Xstreco completed the economic and engineering planning for production at the Rumichaca and Tincopalca properties in March 2026. For each property the work set out the processing route, the plant configuration, the equipment requirement and the logistics, together with the associated capital and operating cost calculations, and it establishes the basis on which each property is taken forward. The operating permits required to move into production are in place at both properties. On that basis the next step is small scale pilot production, beginning at Rumichaca, with Tincopalca taken forward on the same basis. Producing at pilot scale converts geological and metallurgical uncertainty into operating data, so that performance is demonstrated on the ground before a larger plant is committed. The stages each property passes through are set out under Growth projects. This is internal planning work. As a privately held Swiss group, we are not subject to public mineral reporting regimes such as NI 43-101 or JORC. No figures, results or conclusions are published. Neither property is in production, and no mineral resource or reserve is declared for either property.
