Whistleblowing and Ethics Reporting Policy
Secure, confidential reporting channels for raising concerns, with a strict non-retaliation commitment.
People should feel safe raising a concern, not afraid to
Xstreco is committed to fostering an environment where individuals feel safe and supported in raising concerns. We treat all reports seriously, investigate them impartially and manage them confidentially, with secure and anonymous reporting channels available throughout.
This policy applies to all current and former employees, directors, officers, contractors, job applicants and third party stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and community members, connected to us. We expect the same standard from joint ventures acting on our behalf.
