Governance. Xstreco issued its Group policy framework on 14 June 2025, comprising the Code of Conduct together with the Group policies that support it.
Xstreco issued its Group policy framework on 14 June 2025. The framework comprises the Code of Conduct together with the Group policies covering governance, conduct, human rights, health and safety, environment and climate, community engagement, tax transparency, whistleblowing and supplier standards. The Code applies to all employees, directors and officers of Xstreco and its subsidiaries, to contractors and consultants under our direct supervision, and to third parties acting on our behalf. Where local law sets a higher standard than the Code, the higher standard applies. The documents are published in full on our Key policies pages.
